Slow-Cooked Citrus Carnitas

Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 5 garlic cloves, smashed
- Juice of 2 oranges
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 cup broth
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 8–10 hours.
- Shred the pork.
- Spread on a baking sheet with some of the cooking liquid.
- Broil for 5–8 minutes until crispy.
