Protein Packed Acai Bowls

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond, cashew or coconut yogurt
- 1 packet of acai
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk (ex. flax milk, coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk)
- ½ frozen banana
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a high speed blender combine all the ingredients together
- Add more or less non-dairy milk depending on your desired consistency.
- Once your desired consistency is reached, transfer to a bowl.
- Finally, add some of your favorite toppings. Some ideas include:
- Banana slices
- Frozen blueberries
- Paleo granola
- Hemp hearts
- A drizzle of your favorite nut or seed butter
