Protein Packed Acai Bowls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond, cashew or coconut yogurt
  • 1 packet of acai 
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk (ex. flax milk, coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk)
  • ½ frozen banana

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a high speed blender combine all the ingredients together
  • Add more or less non-dairy milk depending on your desired consistency.
  • Once your desired consistency is reached, transfer to a bowl.
  • Finally, add some of your favorite toppings. Some ideas include:
    • Banana slices
    • Frozen blueberries
    • Paleo granola
    • Hemp hearts
    • A drizzle of your favorite nut or seed butter
