Easy Mango Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 mangos, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, minced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup orange bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, diced 
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Prepare ingredients as directed above and combine them in a bowl.
  • Cover the salsa and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
