Banana Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding

SERVINGS: 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 – 13.5 oz. can of coconut milk 
  • 2 bananas, sliced 
  • 4 dates
  • 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into four small jars and cover the tops of the jars.  
  • Refrigerate pudding overnight, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
