Banana Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding

SERVINGS: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 – 13.5 oz. can of coconut milk
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 4 dates
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ cup chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour mixture into four small jars and cover the tops of the jars.
- Refrigerate pudding overnight, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
