A 6-Week Fitness Class to Help You Build Strength, Increase Energy, and Feel Your Best This Summer
Ready to feel stronger, more confident, and more energized?
Join Fit & Strong with Kelsey Long, a supportive 6-week fitness class designed to help you get in shape, build strength, improve endurance, and create healthy habits that last. Whether you’re getting back into exercise, looking for accountability, or wanting to take your fitness to the next level, this program meets you where you are.
No matter your experience level, every workout can be modified to fit your abilities and goals.
This program combines HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and strength training for a balanced, results-driven approach:
- 2 HIIT workouts per week
- 2 strength-focused workouts per week
- Mix of indoor and outdoor sessions
Come prepared to move— participants should be ready to run, jog, or walk depending on ability level.

About Your Trainer:
Kelsey Long holds a degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and has been consistently training for over 12 years, with a strong focus on strength training and HIIT over the past 6 years. Her approach blends effective programming with a motivating, supportive environment.
Important Notes:
- This class runs from Tuesday, June 16 to Friday, July 24. Sessions are 4x per week: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday from 6-7am.
- Payment Information: Payment will be collected at the first class. Venmo is preferred. If you do not have Venmo, alternative payment methods will be available.
- Consistency is key— participants are expected to attend regularly
- Must register in advance to secure your spot. You only have to register one time to be signed up for the entirety of the bootcamp (includes all sessions each week.)
