Crispy Prosciutto Chips
These crisp, savory chips are simple to make and add a salty crunch to snack boards, soups, or salads. They are also an easy high-flavor appetizer with almost no prep.

Ingredients
3 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto di Parma
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and position the rack in the middle of the oven.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the prosciutto in a single layer.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the slices are mostly crisp. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely. They will continue to crisp as they cool.
