Cherry-Ginger Gummies
These homemade gummies are fruity, lightly sweet, and a fun way to serve gelatin in a more appealing form. The cherry and ginger combination gives them a bright, slightly warming flavor.

Ingredients
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup water
1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/4 cup gelatin
Instructions
Add the lemon juice, water, and cherries to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Whisk in the maple syrup, powdered ginger, and gelatin. Continue whisking for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and fully combined with no clumps.
Carefully pour into a small baking dish or silicone mold.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until fully set.
Cut into squares or your desired shapes and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
