Get in shape for summer—without guessing what to do. This 6-week program runs from April 27-June 5. Sessions are 4x/wk: M T Th F. 6-7am.

Join us for Get Strong with Kelsey Long, a 6-week small group bootcamp designed to help you establish a consistent routine, challenge your limits, and walk away with workouts you can continue long after the program ends.
This program combines HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and strength training for a balanced, results-driven approach:
- 2 HIIT workouts per week
- 2 strength-focused workouts per week
- Mix of indoor and outdoor sessions
Come prepared to move— participants should be ready to run, jog, or walk depending on ability level.

About Your Trainer:
Kelsey Long holds a degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and has been consistently training for over 12 years, with a strong focus on strength training and HIIT over the past 6 years. Her approach blends effective programming with a motivating, supportive environment.
Important Notes:
- This bootcamp runs from April 27 to June 5. Sessions are 4x per week: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday from 6-7am.
- Limited to 12 participants
- Payment Information: Payment will be collected at the first class. Venmo is preferred. If you do not have Venmo, alternative payment methods will be available. The cost is $429.
- Consistency is key— participants are expected to attend regularly
- Must register in advance to secure your spot. You only have to register one time to be signed up for the entirety of the bootcamp (includes all sessions each week.)
