Broga: Intro to Yoga for Men (Ages 45+) April 9 and 16
This is a 2-session beginner yoga series for men ages 45-75 on April 9 + 16. You only have to RSVP once. Both sessions run from 6:30-7:45pm.
If you’ve ever thought about trying yoga—but felt like it “wasn’t for you”—this class is for you.
“Broga” is a beginner-friendly, men-only introduction to yoga designed for guys who want to move better, feel better, and explore something new—without the pressure of a traditional class setting.
No flexibility required. Most participants will be beginners.
Led by certified yoga instructor Kevin Krause (RYT-200), alongside Dr. Turnpaugh.
Who This Is For
Men approximately ages 45–75
Beginners or those who have never tried yoga
Anyone feeling stiff, tight, or limited in movement
Men looking to improve mobility, balance, flexibility, strength, and overall function

• Foundational yoga concepts and movements
• How to improve flexibility, mobility, and balance
• How to safely ease into a yoga practice
• Why yoga is one of the most efficient forms of exercise as we age
Why This Class Exists
Many men avoid yoga because:
• “I’m not flexible enough”
• “Yoga is just stretching”
• “I don’t want to walk into a room full of experienced practitioners”
This class removes those barriers.
You’ll be learning alongside other men in the same position—starting from the ground up, without judgment or expectation.
