The Diet Dilema

It is absolutely bonkers how many diets are out there! They all tout the same thing, THIS IS THE SOLUTION. But, after clearing out all your food storages to comply with the diet rules, explaining to all your loved ones that this is going to be THE DIET that changes everything, and diving in head first, at some point the novelty wears off because it’s not sustainable, it’s too generalized, not applicable to you or just not rooted in any sort of scientific data.
Feeling defeated, you stop – dare I say “you fell off the wagon.” Mentally beating yourself up because you couldn’t follow through elicits an increase in your body’s stress response that is COUNTERPRODUCTIVE for ALL of your health and wellness goals.
(PS my lovelies: there is no wagon, so it’s simply not possible to fall off;)
Just like everyone has unique fingerprints, yes even identical twins do, a one-size-fits-all-approach NEVER works. IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT!!
