Vince Grove, MSN, FNP-C Manheim
Vince Grove spent years inside trauma ICUs, long-term care facilities, and acute rehabilitation units — watching people fight their way back from conditions that, in many cases, never had to progress that far. That pattern shaped everything about how he practices now.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner trained through the Institute for Functional Medicine, Vince brings an unusual combination to his work: the clinical depth of someone who has managed complex, critically ill patients and the forward-looking focus of a provider committed to keeping people out of that system entirely. He understands the full arc of chronic disease — what it looks like at its worst — and uses that knowledge to intervene early and decisively.
Clinical Focus
- Primary Care & Preventive Medicine
- Hormone & Metabolic Health
- Thyroid Dysfunction
- Gut Health & Microbiome Balance
- Polypharmacy & Medication Reduction
- Root Cause & Lifestyle Medicine
Education & Experience Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Millersville University. He built his clinical foundation in trauma intensive care before moving into long-term care and acute rehabilitation. He has since completed training through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Areas of Expertise Vince’s approach centers on identifying the underlying drivers of illness rather than managing symptoms in isolation. His acute care background gives him a clear-eyed view of what’s at stake when chronic disease goes unmanaged — and he brings that urgency to prevention-focused, personalized care. He partners with patients to build sustainable wellness plans rooted in nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and honest clinical assessment.
Professional Contributions Trained through the Institute for Functional Medicine, Vince continues to deepen his integrative approach to chronic disease and preventive care. His own family’s health journey has reinforced his commitment to helping patients take a proactive, informed role in their wellbeing.
Personal Life At home, Vince is cooking over an open fire, tending his garden, or out exploring with his wife and three kids. He’s the kind of person who recharges by being fully present — at the dinner table, on a trail, or with his hands in the dirt.
