“Ted or Dr. Ted – that’s how I introduce myself to children of God of all ages.”

A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Biology, he earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa in 1996. He completed both his internship and Emergency Medicine residency at Memorial Hospital in York, PA.

All of their children were homeschooled. The Federoffs enjoy life with their dog Mocha (a mini golden doodle) and cat Mya.
Hobbies and Interests
Dr. Ted’s passions include exploring nature, hiking, wildlife photography, travel, cooking, fermenting foods, football, dancing, music, and lifelong learning about wellness and longevity. He finds joy in the simple moments and is deeply grounded in his Christian faith.
Professional Passion
Dr. Ted’s journey into functional medicine began over 19 years ago with his family’s first Whole30 experience. As a skeptic at first, he witnessed the profound impact of food and lifestyle on health. His health transformation—including losing over 200 pounds and completing bibbed races after two hip replacements—fueled a professional mission to ask “why” and seek root causes of illness, especially in an era where younger patients present with chronic diseases once reserved for older adults.
Through his faith and dedication to truth, Dr. Ted believes our most precious gifts from God are our relationships, our time, and our health. He continues to serve patients of all ages with an open heart, clinical experience, and a growing toolkit of conventional and integrative modalities.
