Red Beet Chips
🍠 Red Beet Chips
CSA Staff Favorite from Turnpaugh Health
Ingredients:
- 3 medium red beets
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Rinse the beets thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Thinly slice the beets and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, making sure each slice is lightly coated.
- Place the tray on the top rack of the oven and bake for 40–60 minutes, checking occasionally.
- Once crisped to your liking, remove and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
- Sprinkle with sea salt, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
