Red Beet Chips

🍠 Red Beet Chips

CSA Staff Favorite from Turnpaugh Health

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium red beets
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse the beets thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. Thinly slice the beets and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, making sure each slice is lightly coated.
  5. Place the tray on the top rack of the oven and bake for 40–60 minutes, checking occasionally.
  6. Once crisped to your liking, remove and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
