  1. Kale, Mango, and Pineapple Green Smoothie:
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  1. Spinach, Berry, and Oat Green Smoothie:
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon GF rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  1. Banana, Avocado, and Spinach Green Smoothie:
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Cucumber, Parsley, and Apple Green Smoothie:
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup packed fresh parsley
