Kay is a dedicated and compassionate phlebotomist with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Since earning her phlebotomy certification in 2018, she has developed a diverse clinical background working with patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric populations, in hospital settings as well as blood donation and plasma centers.

Known for her excellent communication skills and ability to put patients at ease, Kay consistently prioritizes a positive patient experience while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in her work. She is a fast learner and goal-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic healthcare environments. Driven by a passion for growth and advancement, Kay is committed to expanding her knowledge and skills in healthcare, with a long-term goal of continually elevating the quality of care she provides.

Kay is a proud mom to a son, Nehemiah, and they share a love for the outdoors and spending time around animals- especially their 6 cats! In her free time, she enjoys reading, relaxing, and drinking an iced cold matcha. She strives to maintain a positive balance in life while bringing care, energy, and warmth into everything she does.
