Meet Dara

Dara has been a valued part of Turnpaugh Health since 2015, bringing decades of phlebotomy experience and a strong commitment to patient care. Originally from the small town of Valley View, Pennsylvania, she graduated from Thompson Institute for Medical Assisting in 1997 and has worked extensively with patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics.

Before joining Turnpaugh Health, Dara gained experience with Geisinger Medical Center in Danville and later with Quest Diagnostic Labs. She was drawn to Turnpaugh Health because of the opportunity to be part of a caring team that truly makes a difference each day. Known for her critical eye for detail, steady leadership, and warm approach with patients, Dara plays an important role in overseeing a strong team of phlebotomists and helping ensure a high standard of care.

Personal Life

Outside of work, Dara enjoys spending time with her family, working on her farm, and riding and training horses. She has one daughter and one son and values the balance of meaningful work, family life, and the outdoors.
