Caitlyn Kambouroglos is a Licensed Registered Dietitian. She obtained her bachelor of science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Seton Hill University and completed her dietetic internship with UPMC Altoona. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Caitlyn was a Research Assistant to Dana Elia, DCN, MS, RDN, LDN, FAND for a complete nutritional guide titled The Stem Cell Activation Diet. Caitlyn is devoted to helping patients develop and sustain healthy lifestyle changes which include balance and focus on food as a medicine approach to nutrition.
In her free time Caitlyn enjoys listening to podcasts, cooking, going to the gym, and taking yoga and spin classes.
