We have taken the eight issues that we feel are most important to achieving an end result of optimal health and put together an eight week program.

Our nutrition health coaches will guide you through these eight weeks and we will have some support from other providers within the office as well.

How does this program work?

We will be offering this program at both our Mechanicsburg and Manheim office locations. You will join our nutrition health coach at your preferred office one on one at THWC for 8 weekly 60-90 minute group classes. Each week has a new step to build upon which will provide you with strategies, tips, and powerful tools for success.

Each week we will review our tasks from last week, review our progress, discuss our struggles and provide support to overcome these stumbling blocks for the next week. We will have a closed Facebook group for ongoing support as well as weekly emails with important tips and tools. You’ll receive a complete handout for each session that outlines each weekly topic along with action steps.

Your Weekly Schedule

Week 1 : First Steps

We will do a three day detox/cleanse together to help us all with the jump start that we may need. This week we will concentrate on planning, our InBody body composition analysis, and/or body circumference measurements, tracking, helpful apps, journals, pantry purging, realistic goals, meal planning, recipes, prepping and shopping.

Week 2 : Food is Medicine

The group will learn about choosing the right foods, creating simple meals, healthy food products, working with food sensitivities, and discuss the connection between gut health and weight loss and the power of hydration.

Week 3 : Beyond Food

This week we will look at primary food. We believe that optimal health doesn’t always come from what’s on your plate but rather your support team, friends, workplace happiness and more. This week we will discuss sleep management, stress, movement, family and work. We will add breathing, meditation and feeding your inner life.

Week 4 : The Importance of Underlying Causes

We’ll start with understanding the 5 most important hormones and blood sugar for weight loss success, chronic inflammation and its effect on wellness, balancing blood sugar and hormones, and how intermittent fasting can be a part of your plan.

Week 5 : Tackling Barriers and Hurdles

Our session will focus on staying on track, dealing with temptations, sugar addiction, trigger foods, cravings, and forming good lifestyle habits.

Week 6 : Nutrition

This week we will address tools, tricks and ideas for cooking and creating simple, easy meals for busy lifestyles. We will talk about reading nutrition and ingredient labels and what macronutrients and micronutrients are.

Week 7 : Resources

We will learn about supplements, therapies, acupuncture, one-on-one health coaching, product ideas and resources. You’ll learn tips for making better choices away from home.

Week 8 : Tying it All Together

For our last weekly session we will offer a final InBody composition analysis, and take the information that we have learned and built upon and discuss how to use it all going forward to set up a lifestyle shift. We want to create a lifetime of wellness and be here to support you through that.

This program is eight weeks, $685 and can start anytime you are ready to achieve better health and overall wellness.
